The Bracket 400 class race had four boats racing. Leading from the start, the checkered flag went to Floridian team 434 Control Freak, crewed by Damon Marotta on throttles, owner Mark Robbins driving and navigator Craig Belfatto. Close behind was another 34-foot Phantom, 404 Simmons Marine. Jason Zolecki of Sunrise Beach, MO was driving and Kevin Campbell or Jefferson, GA, standing in for owner Jim Simmons as throttleman. They were followed in by Tennessee team, 412 Unleashed in third and owner/throttle Clyde Petty and driver Shawn Wall in 450 Rollin' Dirty Offshore.
